  • MyCase Pro: $120/month billed monthly, or $100/month billed annually
  • MyCase Advanced: $150/month billed monthly, or $130/month billed annually

Rocket Matter

Rocket Matter publishes pricing for four tiers, all per user and billed annually only — no monthly billing option was captured:

  • Essentials: $59/month, billed annually
  • Pro: $95/month, billed annually
  • Premier: $115/month, billed annually
  • Elite: $145/month, billed annually

No promotional pricing was captured. If a month-to-month option exists, it was not published at the time of capture.

Clio

Clio’s pricing page advertises a starting point of $49/user but does not publish per-plan prices. Four named plans exist — Starter, Core, Signature, and Elite — each gated behind a demo or sales conversation. To get actual per-plan pricing, you’ll need to contact Clio’s sales team directly.

Lawcus

Lawcus recently moved away from published pricing. As of the July 28, 2026 update to their pricing page, all four plans — Essential, Growth, Elite, and Enterprise — now show a “Get Quote” call to action with no dollar figures. The only published figures remaining on the page are add-on costs: Two-Way Text Messaging is priced per attorney per month, plus a one-time number registration fee of $50 for a local number or $150 for a toll-free number. For plan pricing, contact Lawcus’s sales team.

Smokeball

Smokeball publishes no prices — the pricing page is gated behind a demo booking with no figures shown. Pricing requires contacting their sales team.

CosmoLex

CosmoLex publishes no prices — the pricing page is demo-gated. Pricing requires contacting their sales team.

Filevine

Filevine publishes no prices — the pricing page is demo-gated with no dollar figures available. Pricing requires contacting their sales team.

LEAP

LEAP publishes no prices and operates on a demo/quote-driven model. Pricing requires contacting their sales team.

The Transparent-Pricing vs. Sales-Quote Split

Of the nine platforms covered here, three publish full, plan-level pricing you can evaluate without speaking to anyone: PracticePanther, MyCase, and Rocket Matter. Their published ranges run from $49/month (PracticePanther SOLO, billed annually) up to $150/month (MyCase Advanced, billed monthly), all on a per-user basis.

Clio occupies a middle ground — the site publishes a starting figure of $49/user but requires a sales conversation to get actual per-plan prices.

Lawcus previously published prices but removed them in late July 2026, shifting to a fully quote-based model for plan pricing. Only the two-way texting add-on costs remain publicly listed.

Smokeball, CosmoLex, Filevine, and LEAP are fully demo- and quote-gated — no pricing information is available without engaging their sales teams.

If budget comparison is your first filter, PracticePanther, MyCase, and Rocket Matter let you benchmark costs before booking a single call. For the quote-only tools, plan to treat any sales conversation as a pricing negotiation, and come prepared with user counts and required features to get a meaningful number.
